Humber Safety Boats have successfully completed a series of night shifts providing safety cover for XEIAD rope access teams who were conducting night time inspections of the rail bridge steel work. After 5 nights with no incidents to report the works were completed ahead of schedule.
Working at night provides different challenges than in the day. Which is why we always make sure our crew are up to date on their night time navigation skills, and are well versed with their role and equipment being used.
